As we approach the end of the year, we wanted to take a moment to recognise our management colleagues across our business, who have had to deal with a huge number of unexpected challenges in 2022, including, but not limited to, rising utility costs, staffing issues, and supply chain problems.
The external factors at play have meant that we haven’t quite been able to meet the financial targets we set at the start of the year, but the Board wanted to recognise the huge effort and contribution made by our support centre teams and restaurant management. We are therefore delighted to announce that all our employees eligible for our bonus scheme will receive a thank you payment this Christmas, as a sign of our gratitude for their continued hard work and dedication. We remain one of the best-capitalised restaurant groups in the UK, with no external debt, and we’re proud to be in a position to recognise and celebrate our people.
We have been in the hospitality business for 25 years, inspired by Italian cuisine, serving delicious pasta and pizza across the UK.
